School Access Form
In an ongoing endeavor to provide safety and security for students and staff, school access is required for every individual who is not a staff member of the St. Johns County School District. This is done by completing the district’s Volunteer Application. Whether an individual is volunteering in some capacity or simply visiting a student or staff member/s for a meeting or presentation, completion of the application is required.

Name needs to appear exactly as shown on Driver’s License/State ID.

After background checks are run, applicants will receive an email stating completion of school access or information regarding follow-up.

School access lasts for 3-year intervals. Upon approaching 3 years of access, the applicant will receive notice that a new application needs to be completed. Steps for completing a new application will be given via email.
Always Remember! Proper identification (current state-issued driver's license or current state-issued identification card) must be presented each time a person signs in at school. If a person has a visa and/or doesn't have a Social Security number, the applicant must contact the Volunteer Services department at (904) 547-3952 for alternative steps.
